SiteProof Privacy Policy

SiteProof runs entirely on your device. Your projects, inspection observations, photos, signatures and reports are created and stored only on your phone or tablet. We have no servers that receive them, no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. In Google Play terms, SiteProof does not collect or share any user data.

The short version

Everything you create in SiteProof — projects, observations, photos and sketches, voice notes, locations, signatures, stamps and generated PDF reports — is created and stored only on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud. AuraTech never receives any of it. The only time SiteProof uses the internet is to process your one-time purchase through Google Play; your content is never uploaded.

Information we collect

AuraTech collects nothing. SiteProof has no servers, no accounts, no analytics SDKs and no advertising SDKs. We cannot see your projects, your reports, or how you use the app. There is no advertising identifier used by this app.

Device permissions and how they are used

• Camera — to take photos of site conditions and attach them to observations. Images are stored on your device.
• Photos / media — only when you choose to import an existing image or restore a backup file. Files are processed on your device.
• Microphone — to record voice notes and to use voice dictation for typing. Recordings are stored on your device.
• Speech recognition — dictation uses your device's built-in speech recognition. Depending on your device, that service (provided by Google or your device maker) may process the audio to return text; this is handled by your operating system, not by SiteProof, and SiteProof neither stores nor transmits that audio itself.
• Location — optional. Only when you choose to tag an observation with GPS coordinates. The coordinates are saved on your device and shown in your report; they are not sent to us.
• Notifications — to remind you of observation due dates you set. Scheduled and shown locally on your device.
• Internet — used only to process your one-time purchase via Google Play Billing. Your content is never uploaded.

Permissions are requested only when a feature needs them, and content captured through them stays on your device.

Where your data is stored

All content lives in SiteProof's private storage on your device. Deleting the app removes this data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (see below).

Sharing and backups

When you export a PDF report, a CSV, or a project backup, SiteProof hands the file to your device's standard share sheet so you can send it to whoever you choose (email, messaging, a cloud drive, etc.). AuraTech is never a recipient and never receives these files. Where they go after you share them is governed by the app or service you send them through.

Purchases

SiteProof offers a 14-day free trial followed by a single one-time purchase to unlock the app. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. AuraTech does not receive or store your payment details. Google's handling of your purchase is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

SiteProof is a professional tool for construction and inspection work and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
