These terms govern your use of the SiteProof mobile application ("SiteProof", "the app"), published by AuraTech ("we", "us"). By installing or using SiteProof, you agree to these terms.
After a 14-day free trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks the full app for your personal or business use on the devices tied to your Google account, in accordance with Google Play's terms. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SiteProof; we do not sell you the software itself.
SiteProof is free to use for 14 days. After the trial, continued use requires the one-time in-app purchase. The purchase is a one-time payment — not a subscription — processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
You are solely responsible for the projects, observations, photos, reports and other content you create with SiteProof, and for keeping your own backups. Because everything is stored only on your device, deleting the app, losing the device, or a device fault may permanently remove your data. Use the in-app backup feature and keep copies of important reports. SiteProof is a tool to help you document and report site conditions; it does not replace professional judgement, certification, or compliance with applicable building codes, standards, or regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy and use of the reports you produce.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent its purchase mechanism, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
SiteProof is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use SiteProof. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
